My painting, Bench Warmer, captures the fragility of human existence framed against the infrastructure of society which is built for strength.  Our built environment stands the test of time.  Unfortunately, there is always an element that lives within this infrastructure as it’s only home.  Personal shelter is to be found in many forms.  For some of us, shelter is a temporary and mobile thing.  I hoped to capture this feeling.
